Level 1: Independent Care
This option is for independent seniors who will have the peace of mind knowing that they are living in a supportive enviornment. We will take care of the household chores & prepare your meals so you can enjoy life!
Level 2: Minimal Care
Allows residents to remain as self-sufficient as possible with the assuruance of having assistance when it’s needed. We are able to provide cues, encouragment and supervision on a daily basis.
Includes care for residents with chronic health problems and residents recovering from illness or injury who may require occasional skilled care.
Our care staff will help with lower levels of assistance and allow residents to rely on the facility for moderate levels of care.
Level 3: Moderate Care
Level 4: Extended Care
Includes extensive assistance with activites of daily living. Residents with heavy care or those with behavioral disturbances that require more of staff's time will be appropriate for this level of care.
This level is for those Residents who have a terminal illness with no cure or possible intervention.
Tranquil Gardens Adult Family Home is fully committed to providing dignity, respect, and comfort, in conjunction with a Home Health Hospice Agency, to Residents who have entered this stage of life.
We will coordinate with Home Health Hospice Agencies to provide the proper care for these residents.
