Incontinence Supplies
All incontinence supplies are included with Care Level 2 to Level 5* for the first six months

We are able to offer 24/7 awake care staff**
Minimal to Total Assistance
We provide anywhere from cues & encouragment up to total assistance.
Medication Management
We safely keep medications in a locked & secured location and administer & re-order medications as needed.
Home Cooked Meals
We provide three nutritious meals and offer snacks and beverages throughout the day. We are able to accomodate diet restrictions as prescribed by your physician.
Healthcare Coordination
We understand the importance of coordinating healthcare to increase longevity. Coordination of each Resident's health & maintaining longevity is a main component of preserving quality of life for our Residents.
We will communicate with all healthcare providers & designated family appropriately.
Private Bedrooms
Furnished private rooms are available. We encourage Resident's to personalize their space to make it feel like home!
Personalized Activities
We believe in an active and healthy mind. Our care staff schedule activities and partner with outside vendors to provide exciting activities within the home.
Family Like Setting
Our family-like setting is designed to increase our Resident's quality of life!
We are mindful in eating meals together and making sure we enjoy special activities together.
Music Therapy
A certified music therapist holds weekly sessions with our Residents. This is a fun experience with musical instruments & group participation which keeps our Residents engaged

Talented singers hold concerts in our home every other week performing various memorable oldies cabaret style
Musical Fitness
Certified exercise professionals that specialize in senior fitness holds classes for our Residents every other week

Visiting Primary Care Providers
I will provide assistance in setting up primary care services with your preferred visiting primary care provider at your request.
We will coordinate each Resident's care with their healthcare team.
Mobile Dentistry
We are able to facilitate a mobile dentist to come to Tranquil Gardens Adult Family Home at the Resident's request.
Mobile Podiatrist
Tranquil Gardens facilitate mobile podiatrists to perform examinations & toe-nail trimming on a regular basis.
Often times, Medicare will cover this service.
Mobile Opthalmologist
This service can be facilitated by our home by request. Many times, Resident's are not able to easily or safely leave the home; this service will enable Residents to receive routine eye care with no stress.
Mobile Dermatologist
Mobile dermatologists are available to visit our home, upon Resident request, to see Residents for any acute or chronic skin issues.
Mobile Lab Draws
There are many different options for lab draws to occur in our home.
Depending on the situation, our home can facilitate this as needed for routine or urgent labs ordered by a doctor.
Mobile Salon
Our hair and nail technicians specialize in geriatric beauty care services. They are scheduled to provide services in our home every 6 weeks and as needed.
* Incontinence supplies will be provided for incontinent Residents for the first 6 months after move-in. After 6 months, family will be responsible for providing these supplies.
** Awake care staff at night if Resident care plans indicate it is required.
